This is a reprise of the event in which we study  the battle of Philippi, the last and decisive confrontation between “the Triumvirs”, Octavian and Anthony, and “the Liberators”, Cassius and Brutus, during the Civil Wars of the Roman Republic.  This talk will take place at 1.30 pm on Saturday 1 November 2025 and will include a small exhibition and a simulation of this great conflict.
